Needing to embrace the future to maintain its market position, we were challenged to create a platform that could maintain RACQ’s family-like relationship with its people – while also driving more commercial behaviours in the organisation to deliver on strategic ambitions. Through ‘You’ve got this. We’ve got you.’ we brought to life RACQ’s position that through good times and bad, what you get out is what you put in.
