As management consultants, We Are Unity’s client list includes many of the ASX200. But its market offering was anything but ‘pale, stale and male’ corporate consulting. Instead, we created a brand to reflect the agency’s unique difference and blend of in-house capabilities, expressed through four strategic pillars: Smart, Curious, Playful and Commercial. We brought the brand to life everywhere it made sense and even a few surprising channels, such as an interactive ‘World of We Are Unity’ VR experience and ‘Rudolph the Bullied Reindeer’ Christmas card celebrating diversity and innovation.
